Diamond Flat Orifice Disc is made of tungsten carbide(TC) outer ring and high quality polycrystalline diamond(PCD) core. TC ring supports strong strength, PCD core has much better wear resistance &  temperature resistance than carbide which increased its life time and spray efficiency.
